What Outflock is

Outflock is an informational tool that estimates surveillance exposure for US addresses based on publicly available data from OpenStreetMap. It is a personal side project, not a commercial product or professional service.

Data accuracy

Camera data is crowdsourced from OpenStreetMap via the DeFlock project. Coverage is incomplete and varies significantly by location. Cameras that have not been mapped will not appear in results. Outflock does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any camera data.

Scores and grades are estimates based on available data and the methodology described on the Methodology page. They are not legal assessments, security audits, or guarantees of any kind.

Not legal advice

Nothing on Outflock constitutes legal advice. Do not make legal, financial, or safety decisions based solely on information provided by this service. If you have concerns about surveillance in your area, consult a qualified attorney or security professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Outflock to conduct bulk or automated searches at a scale that burdens our upstream data providers
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or commercialize access to the service without permission

Service availability

Outflock is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outflock and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Saved addresses page.
